I have served as an arbitrator in disputes involving healthcare, health insurance contracts, coverage disputes, commercial agreements, technology disputes, professional employment agreements, insurance agent employment agreements, physician employment agreements, physician employment discrimination claims,  hospital technical services agreements, attorney employment agreements, law firm organization and operating agreements, claims of sexual harassment and employment discrimination, disputes between owners of closely held business organizations, and claims relating to the sale of businesses.

I have served as Panel Chair in disputes involving healthcare claims in excess of $300,000,000.00.

I have served as a mediator in disputes involving employment discrimination and wrongful discharge claims, disputes between manufacturers and independent representatives, commercial and general contract disputes, and insurance coverage disputes. 

 

I have served as an early neutral evaluator in disputes involving employment discrimination and insurance coverage claims.
